We are hiring for a part-time Night Auditor to join our team! This position is for two nights a week, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include ensuring the overnight security of the hotel, running select reports, and checking the property to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The Head Server also known as the Restaurant Captain is responsible for ensuring flawless, high-end service in our 1799 restaurant. This role requires leadership, grace under pressure, and an impeccable attention to detail. The Head Server guides the service team, oversees guest experience, and ensures every table receives world-class hospitality. The Back Waiter at 1799 plays a vital support role on the dining room floor, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. This position assists the front waitstaff and works closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain the high standards of hospitality for which 1799 is known.
